Monckton Chambers. Typically two pupillages are offered each year. Monckton specialise in European, public and commercial law. The focus of much of their work is the relationship between, companies and individuals and the power of the State. Members of Chambers practice in a number of different areas of the law, but the same essential question frequently arises across the range of their work: has the State exceeded its powers? European law is frequently involved in what they do: whether the law of the European Union, or the European Convention on Human Rights.
