Sainsbury’s: They offer three core programmes: Commercial, Operations or People. The Commercial Programme gives you exposure to the full product lifecycle, from Buying through to Marketing. You’ll gain an insight into supplier engagement and managing product profitability During Phase One, you will complete two six-month placements. The first is in Buying and the 2nd in Marketing. During Phase Two, you will spend three years in roles with measurable business objectives, such as marketing, planning store layouts, launching a new own-label and experience in a management role in an Operations environment.
